CEO and Co-founder of Banyan Nation, Mani Vajipey has dedicated his life and career towards the overhaul of Waste Management and has made a tremendous impact on optimizing the recycling of the waste in India.
Via his talk, he explains his journey towards the cause and how the current Waste Management and Recycling can be made far more efficient relying on strong Technological overhaul and a Data-driven system. Furthermore, he also touches upon the success of his model within the vicinity of Hyderabad and the feasibility of its scalability nationally throughout India. During his travels across India, Mani Vajipey was deeply disturbed by the filth and squalor. This motivated him to build an organization that would solve India’s waste management challenges through technology and business innovations.
He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Banyan Nation, a technology driven recycling company that is changing the way India looks at plastics, recycling and waste management.
